Chameleon
Waterway
- 50 x 50 cm
Whilst heavily abstracted, the viewer can still get a sense of direction, horizon, and the players contained within. One could potentially find a waterway stretching out to the vanishing point, rippled reflections picking up life from the banks, merging it all into a meditation on the passage of time, of things both changing and yet remaining the same. Painted with acrylic ink on a deep 3.5cm stretched canvas - the painting wraps around the sides of the canvas allowing the painting to be hung directly without framing.

Shadow Play
- 30 x 30 cm
A beautiful textured work which blurs the line between painting and sculpture - a work which shifts and alters as the light changes throughout the day. A mixed media work using modelling clay and other material on a wooden board and painted with gouache.

Chameleon
- 40 x 40 cm
This work marks the artist's first experimentation with acrylic ink as a medium, perhaps resulting in a more primary palette which intertwines, melds and blends together. Any figures that might be present are perfectly camouflaged as the proverbial chameleon might be. Painted with acrylic ink on a deep 3.5cm stretched canvas - the painting wraps around the sides of the canvas allowing the painting to be hung directly without framing.
