Shapes become figures dreaming of worlds containing people who themselves bloom into thoughts and histories. Silhouettes dissolve into the background and merge with people and places. It is a work of fusion of spirit and feeling which lends itself to long and repeated reflection. Painted with oil paint on a deep 3.5cm stretched canvas - the painting wraps around the sides of the canvas allowing the painting to be hung directly without framing.
