Painted on two 60 x 70cm canvasses, this commissioned work was to explore the vibrancy of the natural world, and is something the artist has clearly relished. Explosions of life abound, under blue skies, or on a shimmering lake's edge. Blooms and foliage burst forth. A visual splendour. Painted with oil paint on a deep 3.5cm stretched canvas - the painting wraps around the sides of the canvas allowing the painting to be hung directly without framing.
