Adrianna's continued exploration of abstraction continues with this piece. At first glance it appears to be nothing more than an exploration of shapes and tonality, but on deeper reflection there is a moment captured, perhaps between two lovers, with pastel skin tones abound, a flush rises, yearning, excitement even. Painted with oil paint on a deep 3.5cm stretched canvas - the painting wraps around the sides of the canvas allowing the painting to be hung directly without framing.
